How dose this makes "ME THE PLAYER" happy?

If a good company for example lets call it "Xtreme games!" focuses by making good updates while good free to play mmo. they can make a good client and focus on making expansions. that can cost the player about 20 dollars for each expansion so the company wouldn't have to charge for nickpicy things like basic mounts. Thus making the game better and a actual competitor in the mmo market due to a free client and game play also expansion packs that can generate income.
